Not enough leadership. No one really to back recruiters when they needed it. Too much back stabbing among the recruiters and others suffered from it. No equal discipline across the board.
Suggestions for improvement
- Find a HR Manager that is for the employees as well as the recruiters, we had one heck of a team when i was there, but because of favoritism and looking the other way, it all fell apart.
- Stand by what you say, if you say no to a certain rule do not bend it for others. Make it stick all the way around. I was terminated for "realeasing" private information so it was said, but all I did was email a law enforcement official asking him if this person was still wanted never confirmed or denied that they were employed there. ALL i released was her name that was on a public website (McLennan county Sheriff's office site. The other person that was involved in this is not longer working there, but she was given a slap on the wrist and was allowed to keep her job after I was gone and she confessed to taking part in the said act.
