Support from management
Managers don't even know half of what goes on as they never come out of their offices. Supervisors are never on the same page. Some are professional but a lot are friends with CSRs and show favoritism.

It is unrealistic when they put a million things on your plate. Coaching and developing takes a back seat.

Gays, Cross dressers, you name it they work at General Dynamics even in management positions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change hiring process. Learn to say No to anyone who can't read, can't type or know how to turn on a computer.
- Mangers need to have at least daily interaction with supervisors and CSRs on their teams.
- More recognition for consistent hard working employees.
What I like about the company
It is definitely a place where you can move up quickly in Management.
What I dislike about the company
Work place culture. So much disrespect and vulgarity.
