There is no leadership support.
Suggestions for improvement
- They should really consider management and employees that really want a career and not a paycheck. They should closely examine their rules and revise all of them.

I dislike about the employer
No communication. No safety. Facility is not a respectful facility. Management is very poor. The rules really don't make since when it comes to a person advancing in this job. The only good benefits are the pay and the health benefits.
