Employees do not matter! Management wants the employees to include supervisors and managers to follow their directives without question.
Level of Autonomy
Employees have no say or chance to rate their teammates.
If you get a decent manager, then you are informed.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Everyone is the same. All seen as expendable!
