- When you hire professionals, they should be treated as professionals.
Terrible leadership. ..putting people in charge that has never done any work in the field they're in charge of isn't a leader in my eyes
There's no such thing as job security at GE
Building a locomotive from scratch with good American men was awesome
On paper, very good but it really depends on if you are liked.
People at the same level almost always get along
Follow the process regardless of the final result
Very small work areas, noisy, you can hear everyone's conversations.
On paper, excellent but in practice you are there or available 24/7
