My manager was outstanding!
All of the employees were team players. I believe that middle management could have implemented a more efficient process to get things done. As a result, I had to put in more overtime. But then, this was how deadlines were successfully completed.
Level of Autonomy
I had a high level of autonomy and security access.
The ratio of women to men in the engineering department was about 25% women, which made up the hardware and software engineering department.
However, the director at the time in 2015 was a woman!
