HR only cares about furthering their careers internally with very little developement
Not inclusive as they think; HR dismisses claims of prejudice and simply want to smooth them over.
If you don't fit their mold specifically then there's little chance to none of upward mobility. They don't value people who think outside the box (likely why they their attrition has been so high).
