Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to not act like they are better than the production people doing the job
Everything looks good on paper, but rarely does a process actually work for an extended period of time.
Their focus is on procedures, not people.
Individual work is what is rewarded, so teamwork falls to the waste side.
They are proud of all the awards they get from external sources.
During the last round of layoffs, there were a lot of longer term employees let go.
They have very good values that start from the top down.
Job Security. They released almost 2,000 employees right around Christmas the previous year and they did offer a severance package and job assistance for looking for other jobs. They realized they made a mistake and started to recruit new employees a couple of months later. It would have been nice if they would have been loyal to their previous employees who liked working for them.
