Suggestions for improvement
- Rather than cut corners with employee stress and support, upper management should invest in the well-being of its employees and they will give back twice as much in return.
What I like about the company
Individual managers have been very helpful to my personal growth, and many employees are supportive and willing to share their knowledge.
What I dislike about the company
Many members of upper management emphasize cutting costs so much that they ignore or insufficiently prioritize employee well-being. There is often insufficient management coverage to properly support employees in difficult customer service positions.
