Energized culture with a bit of politics. I would recommend reducing the amount of alcohol during QBRs and instead focus on building a collaborative culture instead.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I witnessed older colleagues with more domain experience driven out of the organization. The leadership purposely chose to recruit and develop younger colleagues without experience. It seems to be working in some regions. My feedback would be to keep individuals that contribute regardless of their age.
Sometimes the company rushes products out the door prematurely. I would recommend developing a product a bit more to allow us to keep our promises to our prospects and eventual clients.
