Suggestions for improvement
- Reward the hard workers better. A little goes a long way to improve morale.
If you are a staff member, there's pretty much no opportunity for a advancement or growth.
The work-life balance wasn't optimal. I'll take partial blame for being a doormat, but OT was expected with little prior notice, and it wasn't uncommon to be emailed or called on my time off (this included while I was on FMLA leave, or while a family member was having surgery).
