Suggestions for improvement
- Integrating numerous Business Applications so that every relevant team is informed about a change in a request/issue. Different systems should be able to talk to each other smoothly on relevant topics and data should be in sync across.
What I like about the company
In my entire career of 7 years, this is the only company I have worked so far which not only believes but actually does something for Women Empowerment. They have very good maternity policies and want to maintain a healthy working environment for everyone equally. They have fairly competitive HR policies like relocation allowances, leaves, holidays etc.
What I dislike about the company
For an organization's success, it is highly imperative to maintain a good communication channel;not only with Top Management or CxOs but with the employees at the bottom of the pyramid as well. Genpact definitely lags behind in their field. They need to make support staff more approachable, responsive and sensitive towards employee's needs. Having numerous applications for maintaining employee data/requests is useless unless they can communicate with each other and are in sync.
