Support from Management
There was no real leadership. There was not any set goals in place and when there was the rules changed on how to reach those goals on a daily basis.
Supervisors did not support their staff and build repore with their team members and would bait them against each other.
Communication was always negative.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be straightforward about the company you're hiring for and who is actually in charge. Get the supervisors under control and teach them to work as a team. The company they hire for has one of the best employee / employer reviews but Genpact does not model how they treat their employees based on that company.
