Overall Compensation for your work
Decent benefits...poor hourly compensation.
Lot of grumbling by hourly employees.
They use a skewed point system for abscences. Even assessing points for abscences with doctor's orders.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the point system. Employees are at - will so if tey are abusing abscences or not achieving roduction goals, they have the right to terminate with or without points. Become more fair with regards to equality.
