Suggestions for improvement
- I can only comment on the hospitality end of the business but, future employees should have a background in fine dining, knowledge of spirits & wine as well as table service.
What I like about the company
Pleasent atmosphere. Beautiful setting. As an executive chef I worked with creative & quality products.
What I dislike about the company
Job only lasts for seven months of the year. If there are cancelled guest or poor weather there is no compensation. Other than that best not to comment
