Suggestions for improvement
- Salary increases needs to be significant and immediate for faculty who are assets to the University and wider community.
What I like about the company
I was supported and applauded for the work I did, and was so with an appropriate amount of academic freedom and mentorship from some faculty members
What I dislike about the company
The pay was not supportive enough to to live in the Washington DC area. It was not commensurate with my level of education or exceptional performance.
