I have never had a job where every morning I would walk into work wondering what the mood of the manager was, because it directly corresponded with how my day would go. Stress about walking in the front door of work every morning was not healthy.
No fairness and don't trust anyone will support you.
Support from Management
Most of the time the supervisor was the conflict. Wanted complete control of all of the employees actions, including working constant overtime (mandatory) and what an employee did after work.
