Suggestions for improvement
- Create more transparency between leadership and employees. Also, the relationship between Health Districts and the State Office is not balanced. Health Districts have too much influence.
What I like about the company
Very stable working environment. Many of the employees have been with the company for years, which allows for relationship building.
What I dislike about the company
Lengthy processes and barriers. Everything has a process that has to be routed and approved by 8 people which seems very unecessay. Ability to increase salary has been a challenge. HR has to approve your increase, when it should really be approved by your supervisor and budget analyst.
