Suggestions for improvement
- Job training is needed and room for development and growth.
Employees are not at all involved in decision making, targets are unrealistic
Wages and salaries do not match responsibilities, especially in the minor injury unit.
New management have made horrible business decision which have tripled work load with very little effort increase the work force. Agents knowingly defraud the company and wrote policies for themselves out of their own office. Some agents also coach customers in filing fraudulent claims.
Associates are not involved in decisions that effect their job product. Supervisor/management meetings are conducted and little to no information is conveyed to the claims associates. The work load is unrealistic and the computer systems are slow and outdated.
African American workers are not afforded the same career opportunities. They are given the most complex and difficult jobs with excessive amounts of work. They are not given equal opportunity for promotions.
