Extremely high turn-over of the Mill's salary, especially the Plant Manager's staff.
Suggestions for improvement
- Act like your own the business instead of wasting the owners monry, use turnover as a metric, value reliability as a true core business metric.
What I like about the company
Financially strong company, but depending on the Mill's Plant Manager, con be slow to reinvest in the people and the old equipment. Safety has improved after major accidents across many plants. The guiding principles are great if truly followed.
