Suggestions for improvement
- Company uses unique position titles that are used to compare industry salary surveys; similar to calling a car a motorcycle and comparing costs for the latter and struggle with why there is always a miss. Titles are useless when the job requirements are different.
What I like about the company
A private company with capital and an excellent business philosophy. A great company for self-driven individuals. Inconsistencies in leadership behavior, with respect to MBM is the only major challenge; some have consistently said the right thing but behaved in a contrary manner, which appears to be acceptable.
