Culture needs work, I think this is due to workers and rest of employees (management, personnel) being separated by union factors. Company did have monthly meetings, informed everyone how business was doing, they would give out product as rewards, have dinners during holidays and so forth.
Support from Management
Management was easy to get along with, and understanding. But this is a union facility so management is not included in union business- if that gives you any clue. Workers are union but management is not.
