Moral is usually low due to the turn over rate, most walk on egg shells there

This is a cut throat job! you are screened before starting this job on morals and personality, you are given a card that gives you their view on guiding principles, they might seem reasonable except on how their used. When hired you are put on a team everyone is supposed to be equal. There is no moving up their all lateral moves in other words you can work any position but it will not increase your pay. Each team will elect their own h.r person to keep track of their team and lead the votes as to if you stay on that team or need to be fired. They make sure you follow their ten guiding principles.their rules are very strict and can change that very day. Your scheduled can change that very day depending on demands. The pay is not great for what you will be doing or in hailing there is no job hazard pay for when breathing in the fiberglass. This is a harsh physical job and very demanding. One catch phrase they have there is everyone is replaceable and you should be great full to have a job.
