Suggestions for improvement
- More diversity in the leadership. More opportunities for advancement for those who don’t have engineering degrees. Better retirement incentives.
It has pension and the benefits are good. All colleagues are very friendly, not that many political drama in the office.
It re-org every few years. It is quite annoying. And, different managers/supervisors have their own style on policy. Some allows telecommute, some against it.
