Suggestions for improvement
- If they would stick to stated goals and policies, things would be much better. But, the "company" goals have little to do with day to day work. This is especially frustrating when trying to expand into new areas required by ongoing work -- when the IRAD goals have nothing to do with ongoing work.
I like about the employer
Working for the State of Georgia means good benefits from the start. Like most places, if your manager is good, it can be excellent.
