The team I worked with we had to stay together and come up with our own set of policies to make the shift run as smooth as possible
Unfortunately in my opinion amongst all staff the communication was not as strong as it could have been
I worked there for 8 years we did not have a high turn over rate staff stuck around for years because it was easy.
Suggestions for improvement
- Always keep Patients number one. Offer higher pay,health benefits,and paid time off/sick pay.
