Support from management
Supervisors tend to promote friends and family at the Nashville location. Decision methods are done at the management level regardless of employees opinion.
In general employees try to work together to accomplish tasks
Too many family members in key position to allow for equality.
The companies values call for supporting advancement bur not at this location. If your good at what you do you'll stay in that spot.
Office / Work Environment
If you can stand working in a cubicle with alot of back ground noise, then this is the place for you. Even though office are given to managers and human resource employees that are not in the office half the time.
No real job security. They have let employees go every year for the past 10 years.

I'm not sure about the other location but in the Nashville area friends and family are promoted regardless of knowledge and actual real experience.
