I like about the employer
The right people made a difference, but majority of the right people have left due to bad management.
I dislike about the employer
Low pay, the salary was not competitive compared to other local businesses.
Nepotism, management hiring friends with high level positions that have no experience to do the job function correctly.
Bad management, playing favorites, not caring about what employees have to say, when confronted they blame employees bad attitudes instead of resolve the real issues.
No career advancements, when asked about raise or advancement, its always the same "you have to prove to upper management". The separation between someone who can do their job to someone who can't is a 1.5 percent difference on a merit increase.
Lack of communications between departments, and when things does not go right departments are quick to point fingers.
