Poor leadership skills, the managers and VPs does not have the necessary skills or inner knowledge to set realistic goals, when we do make compromises, they don't like the compromises we made to make something work.
Lack of teamwork, employees quick to blame others for their lack of skills to perform the job.
Level of Autonomy
The workload was already above what the current resources can handle. While new employees lack the necessary skills to handle the workload of overloaded employees.
