Suggestions for improvement
- Stop focusing on production output and fix the problems that arise. Proactive vs. reactive culture. Test all people with respect. Kick the union out. How competent people and promote from within when possible. Stop hiring from outside and build your people up for the positions we need to fill.
What I like about the company
I get to work with a range of people at work. I love interacting with different groups of people, sharing my passion for what I do. I get a lot of opportunities to share my knowledge and learn from others.
