Attitude towards older colleagues
More senior workers (20+ years) are often targeted for petty performance issues in an attempt to fire them so they can hire cheaper labor.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees like assets, not a cost to be cut/eliminated.
I like about the employer
If you can get into management, you are assured a full time (40 hour) a week position.
