Top management does not trust their employees and threatens to get them locked up if they are found to steal. To the best of my knowledge there wasn't any suspecious behavior to warrant their mistrust.
Support from management
There is a lack of leader support of any kind.
There is a lack of communication within and between departments. Communication between departments is frowned upon.
Freedom to work independently
Not only is work not fairly distributed but employees who take on extra work are shown no appreciation.
Meeting were planned and never executed. Information was intentionally not told to certain individuals. Even friendly communication is frowned upon.
Office / Work Environment
The departments where family members worked had the best computers and office furniture. There were also 3 dogs that ran freely that would use the restroom in employees work spaces.
Suggestions for improvement
- Qualified upper management, improve on communication, better medical benefits, don't allow dogs in the workplace before they are potty trained and ask employees if they are okay with dogs being in the office. Have the same rules for everyone, not separate rules for family members.
What I like about the company
Service managers, dispatch, and tech employees were a great group of people to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism, company focused, manages off of emotions rather than logic.
