Company isn't willing to pay enough to hire people who can better the business. Like to promote too soon. No training plans.
Support from management
Lack of management support. Upper management can't delegate or follow through to complete tasks in timely manner.
Promises training classes but doesn't follow through.
Overall compensation for your work
Employees underpaid. Not willing to raise pay grades to hire talented employees.
Employees continually working overtime to make up for incompetence of others. No recognition.
