No sup. would not commend employees.and no they are not fair or trust worthy

No they make thier own decision and dont take time to explain it .they then send an email while your on the ph wking and you need to agree on it asap. They dont give you the time to read it and understand it or ask questions.
No they dont wk together sup.talk about employess and are to bust making sure thier make up looks good.

No its not fairly distributed and we had no say so it was what it was you just work it.
We would get info on how much Co.was making but it seamed the more money we made for them the more money they would take from us..No we wouldnt recive all info for the eork we where doing.

No Co.dont pay Satisfying salary, and every time they gave you a pay raise they increase your brnchmark.

Co. will take your vac. Hrs when you call in sick and they dont care about family to much peer pressure.
Yes, but Co. dont care they just want the job done. Dont even recognize you but are sure to stomp on you when you do something wrg.
Suggestions for improvement
- Well treat employee with dignity and learn to appreciate people and give incentives because collectors do hard work tmand vring in LOTS of money...
What I like about the company
It was nice when 1St started working there sup. Was great and even with everyone on favorites.
What I dislike about the company
New personal came on and they didnt care about the employees and where just wanting to bring in revenue.
