- sometimes they don't communicate policy changes well
Leaders in this company tend to panic in high stress situations, and quickly try to place blame on others and look for scapegoats. They also act like they are allowing employees to assist in the decision-making process, but this is not really the case.
Unfortunately, there is a severe lack of teamwork, which stems from lack of leadership as well as bullying in the workplace and cliques based on tribal affiliation.
