I have seen many many people fired and 100% of them have been over single incidents. Informed and escorted out same day.

Suggestions for improvement
- New facility is opening. Close the old one and open the new one with fresh people and TAKE YOUR TIME getting the new facility ready. There is no saving the old site and old people, I'm in that group too so my suggestion is selfless.
