Suggestions for improvement
- More timely decisionmaking process by Quality sr management. More parity and fairness in butchering and support for learning opportunities and skills development - There is a vast disparity among the groups as to who gets to attend learning conferences and what groups have to share professional memberships and never get to attend anything. Less politics and grandstanding. Some groups are really petty and staff can be collateral damage.
What I like about the company
Great benefits. Decent pay. Exec communication is good. The work, projects and our products are important.
