No clear direction, just go to job and put your skills to work and
Colleagues only work good together when they are leading a crew or job.
Freedom to work independently
Someone must show you how a job is to be preformed , beforehand even if it is comine sence.
No regular communication other go get in the truck and get back by 3:30 P.M. and don't look at the code book. Just do what I say.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Yes, only if they are family or have been to jail.
Do not go for license and do not look at code. Do as I do and or leave

Not at this time.
Office / Work Environment
Just hard work
Always work harder and do not take off for any reason. But if someone close dies is the only time allotted to be off.
Only when a crew leading position
If you leave for any given time you lose your position and you are starting all over again.
You can work at the office ,but not in the field.
OSHA compliant when nessary.
If know what you are doing and you proud of your accomplishments. The pat on your back is a kick in pants by your boss or his brother.
Inclusive / Diverse
It is diverse in that you can any kind of plumbing at any given time.

- Hire someone to answer the phone and get rid of drama
