Support from Management
Managers & heads of departments don't look to resolve conflict. Instead they choose to ignore situations in hopes that things issues will go away. Human Resources sides with management when there is a dispute between someone of authority & an employee
Safety is the 1 thing that is taken seriously.
Suggestions for improvement
- Compensate people according to job responsibilities as well as work ethic & initiative. Really be open to ideas that can better the company.
