Support from management
Constant revolving door of management, management is often clueless about those they supervise and do not actively try to relate to their staff.
There is little to no communication between departments, and the "blame game" is rampant in all departments.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create a steady management team who understands what the employees do and is also unbiased in disciplinary actions.
What I like about the company
Sometimes they do events for employees.
What I dislike about the company
Pretty much everything. Management is out of touch and uninterested in employees, there is a ton of backstabbing and blaming others and everyone seems to think its ok to step on everyone else if it will help them gain even a pinch of respect/pay increase/etc. Work rules are not followed unless they are trying to terminate someone, and then they bend the rules to make sure that the termination sticks. Employees are not treated equally or disciplined equally, and there is constant gossip and talking about others behind their backs.
