Avoid HR at all cost. They only serve the company interests, they don't care about employees at all.

The team leaders are not Machinists and have little understanding of the work being done.
Team work is non existent. There are a series of clicks based the old timers vs new hires.
Level of Autonomy
On 2nd and 3rd there is less management intrusion.
No equality between the old timers and new hires. You will NEVER make their rate of pay.
