Support from Management
There is a revolving door of management employees there. Which makes it hard to depend on them.
Most of the jobs are super simple. You don't even need a brain to work there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let employees concentrate at just one or two jobs at a time.
What I like about the company
I like the employee camaraderie. For the most part, everyone has your back.
What I dislike about the company
Their "Lean Manufacturing" idea is to have one employee do several jobs to the point where there isn't enough time for quality precautions. Also, there is absolutely no chance of advancement.
