Leadership was hush because you were a temp. No structure in this firm.
Suggestions for improvement
- Quit handling employees with a "temp" type feeling. They always found a way of telling the temps that there time was limited every day. Someone trying to make a mark does not need to hear their time is limited on a day by day basis.

Glad did not ever give any employee any recognition of work served. No supportive training. A sink or swim mentality and no notice of how you were doing other than a pink slip at the time of your departure.
