Bias administration and double standard protocol.
Support from management
Negative. Management will support you until you're building better staff to client relationships than they are. They include you in on what they want you to know, not what you need to know.
Some of your coworkers work well together, others are all about themselves.
Freedom to work independently
You are trusted to work individually until your clients start to open up to you about their trauma
There is absolutely a huge lack of communication. Miscommunication, not communicating and a delay of communication
People advance too fast
Overall compensation for your work
No you're pay way less for the work you do
Office / Work Environment
Negative. There is not enough space, to handle some difficult children. Technology is very limited
Absolutely not. They attempted to fire someone for being admitted to the hospital
Unstable.. laid off a lot of workers due to organization restructuring because of failure to supervise children and state shut down part of the company
1 ramp. 1 elevator big enough for 1 wheel chair
No. And yrainings are available doesn't mean they are implemented
Easy work, if you can build relationships professionally with the kids
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity is not their strong point. At all. The race of the kids determine their behaviors in administrations eyes
Suggestions for improvement
- Let people do their jobs if you want real results from children
What I dislike about the company
Management is bias. Discrimination does occur. You will get in trouble for dping your job better than management.
