Support from management
Leadership doesn't lead by example. Even though company is AWESOME when it comes to customers, employees aren't appreciated or valued for their hardwork.
Employees work hard together because you feel like each other is all you got to keep sanity on the job.
Managers weren't on one accord on rules and changes. One would give completely different rules and policies than the other.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Have never seen seniors hired. But long serving employees are definitely not appreciated
Office / Work Environment
Buildings needed more work. Issues with old smelly carpet, rodents, and holes in building. Even after continuous reports we were constantly told they'll remodel one day.
Vacation days are given more easily to some than others. It all depends on who you are, and how much your manager actually likes you. Some get a way harder time than others.
Even doing your best it's still not appreciated. Your given more work than time to get it done but then your penalized if it's not done. Forcing some employees to feel as though they have to work off the clock without pay just to get the work done with no trouble. Even though they say don't work for free they don't give you time to get the work done and puts overtime on a restriction so your stuck. Then when it's not done,.that's another issue.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management should follow the same rules they enforce. Employees should get equal privileges. And of course value your employees more. They are the ones taking great care of your customers. They are the reason customers come back.
What I like about the company
The customers are usually really great people, and some of the former employees we're amazing!
What I dislike about the company
The fact that there isnt equality between employees. That they don't always practice what they preach. They are great to customers but definitely not to employees.
