- Glassdoor, Inc.30.Aug 2018
They keep big companies page looking good because they pay us, while removing good reviews on small businesses to make them sign up for our services
Support from management
They would not let you talk to higher management if you direct manager does not listen to you
Freedom to work independently
Zero. Like I said, they told you what to do and watch you to the minute.
They only told you what to do. I have make my voices because I deal with clients about poor services and reviews, they only told me that is the way to make money.
Male employees clearly got more recognition and promotions, even though most of employees in my departments are female
Attitude towards older colleagues
No. there is no old people at my level.
Office / Work Environment
People all make this money=good reviews thing very positively.
They are friendly, because they want you to believe this "business model"
I guess this is only good part.
Oh, they got great image. They delete all the bad reviews on their own page
Even since gunshooting on other big bay area company campuses, I do not feel safe since I know how much Glassdoor is messed up on people's business reputation. I feel any business owner treated fairly could come to the company and start something
Inclusive / Diverse
I like White sweet girls, so obvious. I am lucky what I am one of them that was how I got hired on.
