Level of Autonomy
It's an adventist organization and most of the adventist reach higher positions the rest don't unless it's a bad area to work in with supervisors that are difficult to work for.
Suggestions for improvement
- Offer supervisor classes and counseling for the staff to promote to higher jobs based on their preformance.
I like about the employer
Many areas to work in and does offer prayers for staff and patients
I dislike about the employer
Some supervisors are not qualified for supervision and there is no offer to help train them to be better.
