Suggestions for improvement
- Shut it down and sell it. Even the members know it's heading there anyways.
What I like about the company
I liked a few employees I became close with that I could actually trust. Other than that, Working there put me in the worst state of depression and constant stress that I have ever been in.
What I dislike about the company
High turn over. Employees often felt underpaid and unappreciated. They don't care about your availability and will schedule you anyways. Countless health codes are broken and then hidden when the health department comes. The food and beverage director is well known for talking down to her employees and about them negatively behind their back to other employees. There is no communication and the entire company is ran poorly. I could go on, but to make it easy I wouldn't wish this job upon my worst enemy.
