There is no positive feedback ever given.
Supervisors are not intelligent you may get a different answer everyday. There aren't enough workstations . Agents constantly cuss each other out daily for one. Management never gets involved. You can get written up for being 1 minute late. Supervisors don't have to be. There are no raises given. There is very little professionalism. Agents who have worked for many years are passed over for promotional opportunities in favor of relatives of management.
I met some wonderful people while working there.
The company rules kept changing, rules enforced for some while others did what they wanted. Workplace conditions were "horrible" not enough computers to many people. Pay too low, raises never gotten. Bedbugs!
