The managers made it clear what the goals were and while there were one or two managers that really stepped up to the plate when and issue arose, the majority of them swept it under the rug, showed no sympathy and yet still expected the very best from you without question.
No. If changes were made, those that actually did the work were not notified until the day of so we were given little time to prepare and this included changes that were known about weeks in advance.
