Suggestions for improvement
- Keep the communication open and straightforward Management needs to be proactive in resolving staff issues that are dealt with in a timely manner.
What I like about the company
The ability to obtain some flyers for marketing purposes.
What I dislike about the company
Inconsistencies in information exchange and operational
Untimely notification of changes in proceedures and process
No feedback regarding completed applications that are in a pending status and no explanation for rejections.
Communication issues due to language barriers
Misunderstanding/interpreptation during or after submitting client applications
