Suggestions for improvement
- none they wouldn't listen anyways
Just no quality managers
I do not trust management at all
They talk a lot about support but never actually give any that really matters.
Teamwork is emphasized but the cutthroat evaluation process does not promote it very well
Favoritism plays a huge role in workload distribution.
They hold lots of meetings to keep us informed but miss a lot of the real issues
