There was no support or information given or available to employees, only yelling and cursing.
No chance for advancement, I was told not to teach less experienced workers, waste of time.
Building and all equipment in total disrepair and dirty. One customer told me he used GMH only because they were the only supplier of the product he needed.
People hired and fired at will, mostly low skilled to start, then asked to preform work they were not trained for, fired for incomplete or poor work.
No safety training given. No MSDS available. All electrical cords and hand tools broken or parts missing. No guards on machines or safety latches on crane hooks.

What I like about the company
Nothing! I took the job and hated everyday until I left.
What I dislike about the company
Everyone was always in a bad mood, owner only in it for himself. No safety programs or training. Weekly meeting to line employees up in shop area and be screamed and cursed at by owner, this included women from the office and his wife.
